At A Little Link, we create our kits with care, because we know how important these small moments of connection are for your family. We want you to feel confident and supported in your purchase.

💛 If something goes wrong with your order

• If your kit arrives damaged, incomplete, or not quite what you expected, please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@alittlelink.com.

• We’ll do our very best to put it right quickly — whether that means a replacement or a refund.

✨ About returns

Because our kits include cosmetic items (temporary tattoos), we can’t accept returns once the packaging has been opened. This is to keep everything safe, hygienic, and suitable for children.

• If your kit is unopened and unused, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping).

✨ Refund process

• To start a return, just reach out at hello@alittlelink.com with your order number.

• Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked the unopened kit.
